I’m a registered clinical psychologist with over four years of experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Trained in CBT and ACT, I take a collaborative, client-centred approach to help you navigate difficulties and create meaningful, lasting change.

About Me

My interest in understanding and helping others led me to become a registered clinical psychologist. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can work through life’s difficulties and feel genuinely heard. I value collaboration in therapy and work alongside you to develop practical strategies to help you navigate challenges and move toward your full potential. I have over four years of experience working with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, burnout, work stress, OCD, ADHD, narcissistic abuse, and gender dysphoria. I also work with diverse communities, including youth, working professionals, survivors of domestic violence, refugees, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people living with HIV. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I adapt techniques to suit your unique needs and goals. I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology from HELP University and am registered with the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (CP1-0352) and the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC(CP)00340). I offer both online and face-to-face sessions, by appointment.
