About Me

I offer a space where we can gently explore your inner world and bring compassion to what you discover. This approach particularly supports those navigating specific learning difficulties or living with chronic illnesses. For children, I use play-therapy to help them express complex feelings. Whether you seek individual, couples, or family support, our work together aims to foster understanding and resilience.

Approach

There’s a steady, curious rhythm to the work: we notice patterns, name feelings, and try small shifts that feel doable. In Durban and online I hold sessions in English, tailoring pacing and sensory supports to different ages and cognitive styles. Sessions blend reflective conversation, gentle activities for younger children, and focused assessment-informed steps between meetings so progress is visible and manageable. People navigating learning differences, chronic health changes or relationship shifts often find this way of working grounding and hopeful.
