I operate from an anti-oppressive, queer-feminist lens, creating a safe space to explore self and experience. I aim to assist people with living authentically, managing and understanding their emotions and experiences, and to explore historical patterns to deepen self awareness and achieve wholeness.

About Me

I offer a truly safe, anti-oppressive space where you can openly explore your inner world. With a queer-feminist lens, I guide you to understand your emotions and experiences without judgement. We can collaboratively explore historical patterns to deepen your self-awareness. My aim is to help you live more authentically and move towards a sense of wholeness. This approach is ideal for those seeking genuine understanding and personal growth.

Approach

Holding anti-oppressive values, I invite curiosity about how past patterns and felt experience shape present choices, guiding you toward clearer self-understanding and more authentic living. In my London, Ontario practice we work in English at a steady, attuned pace—sessions blend focused listening, reflective questions and gentle interpretation, with brief practices to try between meetings. I track body-based cues, relational patterns and imagery to help name emotions like anger or anxiety and to shift entrenched responses. This way of working tends to suit people exploring identity, relationships or mood.
