Mrs Justine Mulder

Registered Counselor

Younger generations deal with an increasing number of factors leading to mental health related issues. This has resulted in a greater need for mental health care assistance amongst those relevant age groups. I have a particularly strong interest in working with adolescents, and the issues they face in today’s world.

About Me

I understand the unique pressures adolescents navigate today, which can deeply impact their mental wellbeing. My strong interest lies in guiding young people through these challenges. We can explore feelings and find practical ways forward together. I aim to create a supportive space where you feel truly heard, helping you make sense of your experiences at your own pace. This approach helps young people develop resilience for today's complex world.

Approach

Recognising how many new demands show up for adolescents, I focus on steady, practical sessions that combine careful listening with clear, achievable steps. From my Sandton office or online in English, we work at a pace you set, often mixing talk with short activities and goal-focused check-ins between meetings. I keep attention on small shifts in thinking, behaviour and body image, adjusting what we try so progress feels manageable. This way of working suits teens and families who want practical support that honours their timing.
