About Me
As an experienced educational psychologist, I dedicate my practice to supporting toddlers, children, and adolescents. I help young people explore their feelings and navigate the unique challenges of growing up. Our sessions offer a compassionate space to understand their world and develop practical strategies. Families find me a good match for my focus on their child's unique learning and emotional needs.
Approach
With children I focus on gentle, practical collaboration that turns worries into manageable steps and keeps their voice central. Based in Cape Town and working in English, sessions are intentionally paced—part playful, part structured—and adapt to assessment findings as the work unfolds. I track small changes, involve caregivers between meetings with simple activities, and translate observations into clear, usable recommendations.
