Registered Clinical Psychologist

Registered Clinical Psychotherapist and Registered Clinical Counsellor. Certified Thanatologist specialising in grief and loss, life transitions, chronic disorganisation, overwhelm and hoarding.

About Me

When life feels overwhelmed by clutter, profound loss, or health challenges, it can be difficult to find clarity. I work with adults navigating grief and loss, major life transitions, and chronic disorganisation or hoarding. My work is grounded in relational psychotherapy and shaped by an understanding that emotional experiences and everyday life are deeply connected. I offer sensitive support for all forms of grief, including non-death losses, and recognise how identity, home environments and life circumstances can shift during periods of change. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing and work toward practical and meaningful ways of moving forward.

Approach

When overwhelm from accumulating items, loss, or shifting health makes decisions difficult, I help break both tasks and feelings into manageable, compassionate steps so momentum can gradually replace paralysis. In sessions from my Melbourne practice or via secure online appointments in English, we work at a gentle and realistic pace. Together we explore what you are experiencing while also identifying practical ways to move forward. My approach combines reflective listening with structured problem-solving. We check in on what is working, notice what needs adjusting, and build confidence through small, achievable changes between sessions. This way of working often suits people who are looking for steady, realistic change during periods of grief, life transition, or overwhelm.
