Mrs Julie Jeffryes

Counselor

I provide an independent counselling practice, offering a confidential service for individuals, couples or groups, and a supervision service for counsellors

About Me

I offer an independent Counseling practice, dedicated to helping you explore your unique concerns in a confidential setting. Individuals, couples, or groups can find a space here to share openly and navigate challenges. For fellow counsellors, I also provide dedicated supervision. My focus is on helping you find a way forward that feels right for you.

Approach

Work with me is practical and paced to what you can manage, offering steady sessions that blend listening with small, doable steps to ease anxiety, stress or relationship strain and to support memory and coping after stroke or with dementia. I see people in Wisbech and online, and sessions often include brief between-session tasks, reminders or simple strategies we tailor together. I aim for clear focus and gentle momentum, which tends to suit those juggling caregiving, work pressures or recovery.
