About Me
When facing relationship difficulties, bereavement, or the echoes of trauma, finding clarity can feel overwhelming. As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer a psychodynamic approach to help you explore these deep experiences. We work together to understand how past patterns influence your present, making sense of complex feelings. This collaborative process fosters lasting insight, guiding you towards a way forward and renewed self-understanding.
Approach
Working psychodynamically, I pay attention to the small, recurring moments in sessions that reveal how old ways of relating show up now. I see clients in Auckland Park and online, in English, and keep sessions steady and reflective — we slow the pace when feelings feel big and track patterns that surface between meetings through brief reflections or simple tasks you choose. The work is collaborative and paced to your comfort, often helpful for those coping with loss, hurtful relationships or the after-effects of abuse.
