About Me

What drew me to psychotherapy was my fascination with people; the struggles, the strengths and the eccentricities. What keeps me in psychotherapy is the discovery that these same people are so much more than the sum of struggles and strengths; the human condition exceeds definition. I believe that in therapy, we are faced with our own private experience of the human condition, and that process can be strange and uncomfortable, but it can also offer something that is always worthwhile; liberation. P.S.: No generative AI has been used in the crafting of this profile.

Approach

Phenomenological-existential psychotherapy focuses on one's individual experiences and the making of meaning as a result of them. It combines the philosophical traditions of existentialism and phenomenology to create a form of psychotherapy that is conversational, open and free of judgment. This approach allows you to go at your own pace, and allows me to accompany you in an exploration of self-transparency and authenticity.
