Ms Judy Weis

Clinical Psychologist

As a dedicated psychologist, my primary goal is to cultivate a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment as we piece together the puzzle of your life. Together, we embark on a journey of self-exploration and growth, navigating the challenges of life with curiosity, courage, hope.

About Me

I offer a space where you can gently understand the complexities of your life. We work together to piece together your experiences, fostering self-exploration and growth. My calm, collaborative approach helps you navigate challenges with curiosity and hope. This journey is ideal for anyone seeking to make sense of their story. We move at a pace that feels right for you.

Approach

Sessions unfold at a measured pace, allowing you to gently untangle the threads of meaningful moments and losses. From my Cape Town base I offer English sessions both in person and online, meeting you where life feels most complicated. I listen for patterns, name difficult feelings, and use careful assessment and reflective feedback to clarify what’s driving distress, bringing spiritual and relational perspectives in when they resonate. This collaborative, steady approach suits those facing transitions, grief, trauma or questions of identity. My approach is to support you in engaging your mind, heart and body, believing a holistic approach to your mental health best supports your continuous wellbeing and curiosity of yourself, and life around you.
