“I believe therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of our experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationships. I see the therapeutic relationship as central to this process, a space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood, while together exploring the patterns, emotions and experiences that shape how you navigate life.”

About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist based in Gardens, Cape Town. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can better understand themselves, develop healthier ways of coping, and work towards meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Approach

My practice draws primarily on Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, while integrating other evidence-based therapeutic techniques where appropriate.
