Licensed Psychologist

An experienced, competent and caring practitioner who aims to provide ethical client centered counselling, support, and/or psychotherapy. I believe in holistic patient management thus I employ a multidisciplinary team approach during patient care - referring patients to additional healthcare practitioners if needed.

About Me

I provide client-centred Counseling and support, guided by an experienced and caring approach to your well-being. My practice embraces holistic patient management, recognising the interconnectedness of your health. I **integrate** care by collaborating with other healthcare practitioners, making referrals when beneficial. This ensures you receive comprehensive support. This collaborative method is especially valuable for those seeking a broad, coordinated approach to their unique needs.

Approach

Care unfolds through structured, compassionate sessions that balance assessment, active skill-building and reflective processing. Based in Ixopo I offer face-to-face and online appointments in English, pacing work to suit children, adolescents and adults while liaising with schools or employers when helpful. I combine assessment-informed strategies, experiential activities and brief between-session tasks to track progress and strengthen coping for anxiety, attention differences, grief and trauma. This approach tends to suit those seeking coordinated, practical support within a safe, collaborative space.
