Mrs Joy Kulet

Licensed Psychologist

I am a counselling psychologist with five years of experience, specializing in children, marriage, and relationship counseling. My focus is on compassionate support and holistic personal growth of individuals and their psychological wellbeing.

About Me

I am a Licensed Psychologist registered with the Professional Counseling Psychologist Board and practicing in Nakuru, Kenya. I treat behaviour and conduct problems, body image and identity issues, stress and burnout, and life transitions. I offer psychological and diagnostic assessments, group therapy, relationship counseling, and psychoeducation in a confidential, practical setting.

Approach

My approach is Humanistic therapy. It focuses on helping clients explore and understand their inner feelings, values, and goals in order to foster personal growth and self-actualization.

This approach places importance on self-awareness, self-acceptance, and the ability to make choices that align with one's authentic self.

My role as a humanistic therapist is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
