As an HPCSA-Registered Counsellor, I work alongside individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or perhaps a sense of feeling stuck. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. While treatment is tailored for each individual, my general counselling style is client-centred and informed by the principles of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), including acceptance, mindfulness, and living in line with personal values. Above all, I aim to offer a warm, supportive environment where you feel respected and understood. Sessions move at a pace that feels right for you, with a focus on building emotional resilience and developing practical tools you can use in everyday life.
