About Me

He is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in child, adolescent, and trauma therapy, with over 13 years' experience. He guides young people and adults through the emotional impact of challenging events. By integrating techniques like EMDR, he helps clients process difficult experiences and build inner strength. His approach creates a safe space for individuals to explore their feelings, fostering resilience and a path towards healing and stability.

Approach

Working with young clients and adults, I focus on how we move through difficult memories and day-to-day distress together, using brief grounding, paced processing and creative exercises that fit each person’s rhythm. Sessions feel structured but flexible: we set small, achievable goals, track responses, and I offer simple tools to use between meetings so progress carries into daily life. I work from Taytay, Rizal and online, in English and Tagalog. This way of working tends to suit those who want steady, practical steps toward feeling steadier and more capable.
