Ms Jora Shacter

Registered Social Worker

I work with career-minded people who struggle with ADHD, Anxiety and Trauma. I work with people who are in high-pressure/creative fields who feel they can be doing better, but struggle to get there on their own. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space.

About Me

I work with career-minded people in high-pressure or creative fields. It can be frustrating to know you can do better, yet struggle to get there alone. In our warm, collaborative space, we'll explore practical ways to manage ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. I guide you to build effective strategies. This helps you find your own path forward with greater ease.

Approach

When feeling capable yet stuck, I help untangle the everyday patterns that sap focus and confidence and turn that insight into practical, doable steps. Sessions—in Toronto or via secure online meetings in English—move at a steady, pragmatic pace: we try brief experiments, map what’s getting in the way, and build small routines that respect busy schedules. Between sessions you’ll practice gentle skills and short experiments that clarify what actually helps. This approach tends to suit people who want clear, wearable changes rather than theory alone.
