Licensed Clinical Psychologists

Ideally, patients experience our work together as a safe space to share difficult aspects of their lives which leads to feeling "known" unlike other relationships. Feeling known, patients experience a sense of freedom to explore more adaptive ways to experience their relationships both others and with themselves.

About Me

I offer a safe, confidential space where you can share difficult life experiences without judgment. Our work together helps you feel truly "known," fostering profound self-understanding. This unique connection creates the freedom to explore more adaptive ways of relating to yourself and others. My psychoanalytic approach guides clients seeking deeper relationship understanding, leading to lasting change.

Approach

When someone brings hard, private material into the room, I help hold it with steady curiosity so you can begin to feel understood in ways that open new choices in relationships. In my New York practice and via secure online sessions in English, we set a gentle pace—sometimes focusing on immediate patterns, sometimes reflecting on early influences—and I invite observation, questions and experiments between sessions to test shifts in daily life. People seeking clearer relational understanding and steadier emotional footing tend to find this approach helpful.
