Mr Jonathan Livingstone

Psychologist

Therapy & coaching to resolve problems and achieve goals. Over twenty-five years experience. Finding and resolving the biographical origins of therapeutic problems.

About Me

I offer therapy and coaching to help you understand and resolve long-standing problems. With over twenty-five years’ experience, I guide you to uncover the biographical origins of your difficulties. This process helps make sense of current challenges, leading to lasting change. We work together to address these roots, helping you achieve your personal goals.

Approach

Helping you move from stuck patterns to clearer choices happens through focused, steady work that traces how past experiences shape present difficulties. Based in Stourbridge and working in English, I offer a blend of in-person and online sessions with a measured pace — we explore memories, test new responses in between meetings, and use focused attention to shift unhelpful habits. Sessions are practical and reflective, with room for pacing and direct feedback. This way of working often suits people coping with trauma, addiction, anxiety or complex relationship problems.
