Psychologist & Cognitive Scientist, Virtual / Mixed Reality Therapy researcher (University College Dublin), #bodymindself podcast host

About Me

I offer a thoughtful, scientific approach to understanding our inner experiences. Drawing on my research in Virtual and Mixed Reality Therapy, I provide innovative ways to explore challenges and build resilience. My aim is to help you connect with your whole self – mind, body, and emotions. This holistic focus also shapes my #bodymindself podcast. I'm a good fit for those curious about modern, collaborative paths to well-being.

Approach

My practice brings experimental curiosity to the felt experience, inviting small, paced steps that connect sensation, attention and meaning. In Dublin and online, sessions blend guided mindfulness, brief hypnotic exercises and structured behavioural experiments, with immersive tools used selectively to rehearse new responses. We set collaborative goals, track simple between-session practices and iterate like a live study so changes accumulate into daily habits for anxiety, addiction, burnout or mood shifts. People who want pragmatic, evidence-informed exploration of body and mind tend to find this helpful.
