About Me
Approach
Services
Thank you for visiting; I'm a counsellor/therapist who uses person-centred and solution-focused therapy in my practice.
The approaches that I tend to you are Person-centred therapy and solution-focused therapy are two approaches I utilise in my practice and mindfulness treatment, in which clients pay attention to their feelings and thoughts in the present moment. Some mindfulness meditation practices employed in Mindfulness Counseling include yoga, breathing meditation, sitting meditation, body scan, and good scan.
I understand that meeting with a counsellor for the first time can be frightening, but kudos for taking the first step. My goal is to provide you with the support you need to reclaim control over your life. We all require assistance.
