Registered Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am an experienced psychologist working across the age range, with a special interest in psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as existential and systemic approaches.

About Me

I support individuals of all ages in navigating life’s complexities. Drawing on psychodynamic, existential, and systemic approaches, I help clients understand how past experiences and relationships shape current challenges.

Approach

I work with people across different life stages, shaping sessions at a steady, manageable pace. We explore how earlier relationships may be influencing things now, while also focusing on practical choices in the present. In my Perth clinic, I offer sessions in English and Afrikaans, creating a calm, focused space where adolescents, adults, and families can speak openly. Our work is collaborative. We look at how mood, anxiety, or life transitions show up in relationships, use reflection to try new ways of relating, and sometimes agree on small steps to practise between sessions.
