About Me
Approach
Services
My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals and couples where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. I mainly utilize the person-centred approach through online therapy sessions, where you can connect from the cosy comfort of your own home as we work together towards your mental wellness.
Longer Sessions: I can also offer longer sessions tailored to your needs. Feel free to contact me to discuss your preferences, and we can arrange a suitable rate.
Additional Resources: To support your journey, I may provide personalised worksheets, psychoeducation, skills training, or reflective activities to help you reinforce and apply the insights from our sessions between meetings.
For additional information regarding my qualifications, please refer to my website (counsellorjoelle.com).
I welcome all clients and look forward to working with you in addressing any challenges you may be facing!
