I am a licensed psychologist specialising in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a focus on relationships and fertility journeys. Through a warm and compassionate approach, I am passionate about supporting meaningful change and helping you live a more authentic life. My work goes beyond diagnostic labels, with a strong focus on helping you feel deeply heard and supported as you explore and better understand your emotional experiences.

About Me

I am a licensed psychologist with a Master’s degree from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree from Free University of Berlin, with a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My areas of expertise include relationship and intimacy issues, as well as reproductive challenges and fertility journeys. In my practice, I help people build confidence, navigate emotional difficulties, and create stronger, more fulfilling relationships. In addition, my six years of professional experience in corporate environments have given me a strong understanding of the challenges that can arise in the workplace. I also enjoy working with people from different cultures. Having lived abroad for many years has deepened my understanding of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. It continues to inspire me to connect with and support people from all over the world.

Approach

My approach is based on understanding each person's individual experience and adapting the process to his/her individual needs. For me empathy, compassion and authentic understanding come first. I'm dedicated to helping people feel truly heard and accepted, as well as empowered to explore and understand their emotional experiences. On my professional path I'm passionate about breaking stigma and fighting for more inclusiveness, as dysfunctional societal "norms" have been putting people at pressure and creating suffering for centuries. Together we explore deeply held beliefs, negative thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and create a change through the development of better coping strategies. Main characteristics of my approach: • Warm, empathetic and collaborative approach • Partnership on the way of overcoming hardships • Working with strengths, inner power and resources

Staying on this path often takes immense courage, patience, and strength. It can affect many areas of life, including your relationship with your partner, family, and friends, as well as your career, intimacy, and mental health. We make space for conversations about resilience, strength, and authenticity. I support people in strengthening their relationships while navigating the pressures, stigma, and societal expectations around if, when, and how to become a parent. We also work on building a healthier inner dialogue and self-care practices, helping you reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded, whole, and authentic.
