Counselor

An experienced counselor in providing empathetic, non-judgmental support to individuals navigating life's challenges. Experienced HIV counselor, mental health counselor. I strive to create a safe and trusting environment where clients feel empowered to explore their feelings and behavior.

About Me

I offer empathetic, non-judgmental support, guiding individuals through life's diverse challenges. As an experienced HIV and mental health counselor, I understand the unique needs that arise. I strive to create a safe, trusting environment where you can feel truly empowered. Here, we can explore your feelings and behaviour, finding clarity and new ways forward together.

Approach

Sessions move at a practical, compassionate pace, where we notice patterns, name what feels heavy, and try small experiments to shift daily life. I offer appointments in Kampala and online in English, and I tailor pacing, check-ins and between-session reflections to fit school, work or family rhythms. Using gentle dialogue and creative tasks we build coping skills for mood, addiction, abuse or living with HIV, while keeping choices clear and collaborative. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, adults, couples and communities seeking steady, hopeful support.
