As a counsellor, my passion lies in empowering individuals to discover their innate strengths. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where we can gently explore your concerns and find clarity together. Approach
People often find our time together focuses on practical curiosity and felt experience, helping you notice patterns that sap energy or hold you back. I work from Renkum and online, offering sessions in Dutch, English and Spanish that move at a pace you set and respect your life commitments. In-session we weave present-moment noticing, relational exploration and small experiments to shift stuck moods, anxiety, burnout or relational patterns; between sessions I may suggest brief reflections or doable practices. This way of working suits those seeking steady, practical steps toward more agency and clarity.
