Jessy Macharia

Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

I provide a safe environment to share out our situation, in a safe and confidential space.

About Me

I believe a truly safe space is essential for meaningful conversation. My practice offers a confidential environment where you can openly share your situation, free from judgment. Here, we can gently explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. This approach suits anyone needing a secure, supportive place to navigate life's complexities. My goal is to help you find clarity and understanding.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move at a steady, respectful pace that balances listening with small, practical steps to try between meetings. In Nairobi, whether we meet in person or online and speak in English or Kiswahili, I use gentle prompts and occasional creative exercises to help adolescents and adults name feelings, repair relationships, and carry grief forward without feeling overwhelmed. I invite collaboration on goals and check in about what helps between sessions so changes feel manageable. This way of working suits those who want thoughtful, faith‑aware support.
