Professional Counselor

Lost your connection with your partner? I offer counselling to help you manage relationship difficulties and improve communication. Offering you tools and strategies that you can use to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. Improve your self-worth and the anxiety that is holding you back.

About Me

Sometimes relationships can feel isolating. I offer a supportive space to explore these challenges, helping you manage difficulties and improve communication. We will work together on practical tools and strategies to strengthen your connection with yourself and others. This approach aims to cultivate your self-worth and ease the anxiety that might be holding you back. My goal is to guide you towards more fulfilling interactions.

Approach

When communication feels strained I focus on small, practical shifts you can try between sessions to rebuild safety and curiosity. Sessions move at your pace — a mix of gentle experiential exercises, values-based action planning from ACT and simple creative tasks to make feelings clearer. We track what lands and adjust together, so anxiety softens and choices feel more possible. This way suits adults and couples who want hands-on steps toward secure connections.
