About Me

With 21 years of experience, I guide adolescents as they navigate the complexities of growing up. My PhD in Counseling informs a grounded approach, helping young people explore their feelings and build confidence. We work together to make sense of challenges, fostering resilience for their unique journey. I aim to create a space where they can truly be themselves, equipping them with practical ways forward.

After two decades guiding adolescents, my sessions move with gentle structure and practical curiosity, helping young people name what feels tangled and try small, doable changes. In Kerala and online in English, I blend focused assessment with conversational pacing—short check-ins, creative reflection, and occasional worksheets or parent check-ins between meetings when helpful. I listen for patterns, test what shifts feel possible, and collaborate on clear next steps. This way of working often suits teens and caregivers seeking steady, sensible progress.
