Jenny

Ms Jenny Jones, BA

Psychologist

Senior Psychologist working with adults, couples, families. I use a variety of psychodynamic, Schema, Mindfulness, CBT, EMDR.

About Me

I help adults, couples, and families navigate complex emotions and relationship dynamics. Drawing on a variety of approaches like psychodynamic insights and EMDR, I tailor our work to your unique needs. We can explore past experiences or build new coping skills for the present. My aim is to create a supportive space where you can gain clarity and find effective ways forward.

Approach

Working with me often begins with curiosity, exploring relationship patterns and the moments that bring up strong emotions, and making sense of them together. In our sessions, I combine reflection, practical skill-building, and focused memory processing, with simple practices between sessions to help support new ways of coping and relating.
