Jenny

Ms Jenny Dunne

Psychotherapist

My role is to provide a supportive, confidential, non-judgemental space that is entirely focused on you. A new perspective can help us to see what needs to change in order for us to feel better and live life to its full potential. Counselling can help you to better understand your needs and learn how to ask for them.

About Me

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space entirely focused on you. As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor our work to your unique needs, helping you gain new perspectives. We can explore what needs to change, understand your feelings, and learn how to express them effectively. This approach is ideal for anyone seeking to feel better and live life more fully.

Approach

Helping you see what's ready to shift, I guide gently and practically so the insights we find can be tried out between sessions. In our Dublin consulting room or online in English, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace: we notice patterns, name emotions, and experiment with small, achievable changes that build confidence. I often offer short reflections or simple tasks to try during the week, then we review what worked. This way of working tends to suit people navigating change, loss or questions of identity and self-worth.
