Ms Jennifer Josiak

Psychotherapist

You have made the choice to make a change! Whatever challenges have brought you here, you have decided to give yourself the gift of change. I strive to provide a kind, supportive, and empathetic environment in which you will feel heard and empowered to work towards the next step of achieving a happier self.

About Me

Choosing to seek support is a powerful first step. I believe a truly empathetic space is crucial for growth. Here, you can feel genuinely heard, allowing us to explore the challenges you face together. I help individuals cultivate inner strength and navigate their path towards a more content self. This approach suits anyone ready to embrace change and find new ways forward in a safe, confidential setting.

Approach

Choosing change creates space for sessions paced to your needs—gentle, focused and practical. I meet online and at Caistor Centre in Ontario, using clear language, flexible check-ins and a free initial consultation to set a comfortable rhythm. We use psychoeducation, short practical experiments and reflective work to address anxiety, ADHD patterns, life transitions and family challenges, with goals agreed together and manageable steps between meetings. This approach tends to suit adolescents and adults ready for steady, collaborative progress toward greater confidence and balance.
