As a seasoned Counseling psychologist, I believe in helping you change your personal narrative. When feeling stuck, exploring the stories you tell yourself can be profoundly transformative. In Nairobi and online, in English, I hold a calm, organized space where we map patterns, use focused assessments when clarity is needed, and try new ways of responding to old triggers. Sessions blend reflection, brief skill practice and family-informed thinking for child and adult concerns, with steady check-ins to adjust pace. This approach tends to suit people ready to shift how their past shapes today.
