Registered Psychologist

I work with adults to help them overcome the challenges that are stopping them from living their best life. Get in touch with me to start your healing journey!

About Me

I offer a supportive space for adults ready to overcome obstacles holding them back. Together, we explore your unique challenges and uncover new perspectives. Through focused conversations, I guide you to understand what's truly stopping you. This approach helps clients navigate difficult feelings and build a path towards a more fulfilling life. If you are seeking real change, I am here to help.

Approach

I guide sessions to be practical and directional, helping you spot recurring patterns and reclaim small choices that feel lost. In Nairobi or online, in English or Kiswahili, we keep a steady, conversational pace—sometimes reflective, sometimes action-focused—so you can try things out between meetings. Using focused dialogue, brief exercises and short reflections between sessions, we practice new responses to grief, stress, shifting roles and painful self-beliefs. This way of working fits adults ready to make steady changes and build more workable coping strategies.
