We might use art-based techniques to explore feelings words can’t quite capture, alongside practical CBT tools. My aim is to help you build resilience and find clearer paths forward. You'll notice sessions move gently between focused skill practice and creative exploration, using brief mindfulness exercises, CBT framing and occasional art prompts to make thoughts and feelings more tangible.
