You'll notice sessions move gently between focused skill practice and creative exploration, using brief mindfulness exercises, CBT framing and occasional art prompts to make thoughts and feelings more tangible. I offer in-person appointments in New Delhi and secure online sessions in English or Hindi/Urdu, keeping the pace collaborative so small steps and between-session tasks feel useful rather than overwhelming. Between meetings I suggest short practices—mindful moments, brief exposure steps or drawing prompts—to track change in everyday life.
