Ms Jasmeen Sood

Counseling Psychologist

I am a counseling psychologist with over 7 years of experience in dealing with diverse clients ranging from age of 12 to 60 years. In therapy, I use an integrated approach with inclination towards CBT and Humanistic-Existential approaches to accommodate the needs of my clients and help them manage their concerns.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for individuals aged 12 to 60, guiding them through life's challenges. My integrated approach draws on CBT and Humanistic-Existential perspectives. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs. We can explore practical strategies for daily concerns, or delve into deeper patterns. This blend helps clients manage diverse issues, from anxiety to life transitions.

Approach

Working with people aged 12 to 60, I keep sessions clear and collaborative, blending practical skill-building with exploration of meaning and choice. In Gurgaon or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, we move at a pace you set — some meetings focus on CBT-informed tools for anxiety, addiction or stress, while others slow down to examine relationship patterns and values. Between sessions I suggest brief experiments or reflections so insights can translate into daily life, especially around parenting, mood shifts or coping with crises. This approach tends to help those seeking practical change alongside deeper understanding.
