Mr Jared Anderson, MSc

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

verified by TherapyRoute

I work with trauma, PTSD, chronic stress and depression, and relational attachment concerns for adult clients via telehealth. As a male therapist with advanced training in somatic-informed approaches and EMDR, I offer tailored support for individuals seeking nervous-system-focused healing and greater stability.

About Me

I specialize in trauma and PTSD therapy for adults, including complex and developmental trauma, using Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. My work is nervous-system-focused, relational, and paced to support stability, regulation, and long-term change rather than symptom suppression. I offer secure online trauma therapy to clients in the U.S. and internationally. Many of my international clients seek out U.S.-trained trauma therapy for its integration of somatic, attachment, and relational approaches.

Approach

Therapy with me is structured, attuned, and grounded. We work at a pace your nervous system can tolerate, with attention to boundaries, consent, and practical integration. My role is to help you develop greater internal stability, choice, and self-trust.

Basic Information

Services

I am trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional – Level II (CCTP-II). These approaches emphasize how trauma impacts the nervous system, attachment patterns, and sense of self, and allow us to work with distress carefully and collaboratively. I work extensively with creative professionals, entertainment industry workers, and public-facing individuals, as well as LGBTQ+, trans, autistic, and neurodivergent adults. Many of my clients are highly capable externally while internally managing chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, identity-related strain, or complex relational patterns shaped by trauma.
