I believe that healing and growth come not only through clinical therapy, but also through supportive communities, lifestyle change, and accessible care. I work with individuals, families, and group to address challenges like stress, addiction, relational difficulties, and life transitions, offering therapy, wellness coaching and stress management tools. I also design community and school based workshops and wellness programs, always aiming for culturally sensitive, compassionate care that fits real lives.
