I am Janvier Muhire, Clinical Psychology, and Wellness & Community Health Program Specialist. I believe that healing and growth come not only through clinical therapy, but also through supportive communities, lifestyle change, and accessible care. I work with individuals, families, and group to address challenges like stress, addiction, relational difficulties, and life transitions, offering therapy, wellness coaching and stress management tools. I also design community and school based workshops and wellness programs, always aiming for culturally sensitive, compassionate care that fits real lives. If you’re ready to take a step toward balance and healing, or change, I’m here to walk with you.

About Me

I practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Kigali, Rwanda. I provide counseling for addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, divorce coping, and family issues.

Approach

Steady attention to present experience shapes how I explore difficulties and craft practical, evidence-informed steps toward recovery. Whether we meet in my Kigali office or online, in English or French, sessions are paced to your needs and adjusted as progress unfolds. Short mindfulness practices, behavioural experiments and focused reflection often fill session time, with brief between-session tasks tailored to manage cravings, anxiety, mood shifts and relationship patterns. People facing addiction, family strain or major life transitions tend to find this steady, practical rhythm helpful.
