Counseling Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I have been working as a Counselling Psychologist since 2021. I’m a trauma informed therapist, taking individual therapy for young adults and working towards getting certified in EMDR, IFS and EFT. My clients and I, together, work on issues around Trauma, Grief, Suicide, Relationship Conflicts, Anxiety, Family issues, and on Self. Therapy is a process and more importantly a beautiful journey- which doesn’t just involve the ups but also the downs and the stagnants and we learn to get through it all and see the changes. When things change within you, things change around you.

About Me

I'm a passionate Counselling Psychologist with an M.Sc in Counselling Psychology from Montfort College and have further enriched my knowledge and experience through various certificate courses and internships. I've been dedicatedly providing compassionate and effective counselling services to individuals since 2021. I had started my private practice briefly and soon started working as a EAP Counsellor at Optum, UnitedHealth group through which I was further able to enhance my skills as a Counsellor and gained more experience. I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, ensuring a personalised and effective therapeutic experience. Currently, I'm working on my private practice full-time, where I'll be offering individual sessions aimed at fostering growth, healing, and resilience.
