Registered Psychotherapist

At Roadside Therapies, you’ll find warmth, safety and space to grow at your own pace. You can book an intake session through my website or schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Or book your session today. No pressure — if I’m not the right therapist for you, that's okay too.

About Me

Feeling stuck, anxious, or weighed down by old wounds? You’re not alone. Maybe you’ve tried talk therapy before but felt like something was missing. It’s more common than you think, and I’ve been there myself. In my practice, I work with women who are ready to move beyond survival and reconnect with who they truly are. Together, we’ll work gently but powerfully with your whole self — mind, body and spirit, to uncover what’s holding you back and help you move toward clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of peace.

Approach

My approach is trauma-informed and spiritually integrated. Using Brainspotting, mindfulness and emotionally focused methods, we go beyond talk therapy to reach the places words can’t always touch. Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself, it’s about remembering who you are and creating space for vitality, balance and deeper connection.
