I guide adults and families through life's complexities, drawing on over 30 years of practising in mental health. My extensive experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker informs a deeply grounded approach. We can explore practical strategies together, helping you build resilience and find clarity. Clients seeking an experienced, steady presence will find a supportive space. I also accept most insurances and offer a sliding scale, aiming to make professional support accessible.

Approach

In my more than 3 decades as a therapist I have helped many people, from all walks of life, with problems which may be similar to yours. I create a safe place where you can exploreyour feelings and behavior without shame or judgment. I can help you stop beating yourself up if you believe you "should" be happy, but for some reason are not. We all carry false beliefs about ourselves, which we learned in childhood. We will gently explore the roots of these beliefs, but I will not force you to go beyond your comfort level at that time. When we learn how these feelings and beliefs originated and how they affect your decisions and behavior, you can begin to make the changes necessary to achieve the life you want.
