Janet

Dr Janet Civitelli, PhD

Psychologist

I am a psychologist who specializes in workplace psychology, life transitions, stress, anxiety, burnout, medical challenges, and late-diagnosed autism.

About Me

Do you ever wonder how therapy can help when there are so many systemic problems that need to be fixed? I understand! When clients work with me, we talk about the world we want to build. Simultaneously, we talk about how to make day-to-day changes about the areas over which we have more control.

Approach

My therapy style balances insight and action. My theoretical orientations are psychodynamic, interpersonal, and narrative approaches. When therapy clients desire it, I integrate coaching and/or clinical hypnosis into the work.
