About Me

I am a professional and experienced Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist based in Lewes, East Sussex. I work with individuals to facilitate a positive change in emotional well-being. I usually work using CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) or EMDR therapy. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression or low self-esteem often linked to work, parenting or relationship issues. Common difficulties include low mood, panic attacks, phobias, agoraphobia, problem eating, social anxiety, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders and relationship problems. I am based at The Hive on the High Street in Lewes, East Sussex.

Approach

I work with individuals and couples to facilitate a positive change in emotional well-being. I usually work using CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) or EMDR therapy. I work both in person and online.
