About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist based in Machakos Town, Eastern Kenya. I provide diagnostic assessments and child and adolescent therapy. I offer family therapy and mediation for family issues.

Approach

I’m committed to supporting your wellbeing through a practical and steady approach that keeps your needs at the centre of our work. I offer sessions in Machakos and online in English and Kiswahili, supporting children, adolescents, and families in ways that fit their lives. Sessions include careful assessment, age-appropriate activities, and guided family conversations, with small steps between sessions and regular feedback to track progress. My approach is collaborative and paced to help you feel supported while working towards meaningful change.
