Licensed Clinical Psychologist

“I am a licensed clinical psychologist working with children, adolescents, and adults. I offer consultations, psychotherapy, and psychological assessments. My practice follows a psychoanalytic approach, exploring what lies beneath the surface to better understand the patterns and experiences that shape a person’s inner world and open the possibility for meaningful psychological change.”

About Me

I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical and Pathological Psychology at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ). My clinical practice includes psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as psychological assessments and parental guidance.

Approach

My practice is rooted in a psychoanalytic approach, which looks beyond what appears on the surface to explore the emotions, relationships, personal history, recurring patterns, and unconscious processes that shape the way a person experiences themselves and others. The therapeutic space allows experiences that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to express to gradually be put into words, understood, and given meaning. Through this process, recurring patterns can become clearer, fostering meaningful insight and psychological growth. With children, the same attention is given to their inner world, while taking into account the way children naturally communicate and express themselves. Play, drawings, stories, words, and the therapeutic relationship can offer different ways of understanding what they may be experiencing, feeling, or struggling to express, and gradually help these experiences take shape and meaning. I strive to provide a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where each person feels safe to explore at their own pace, within a secure and containing therapeutic framework.
