Mr Jan Kaspers

Clinical Psychologist

Humanistic oriented clinical psychologist working with Transactional Analysis and body oriented approaches.

About Me

As a humanistic clinical psychologist, I invite you to explore your experiences. We will understand the patterns shaping your life. Using Transactional Analysis, we can gain clarity on relationships and communication. My approach also integrates body-oriented techniques, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body. This is supportive if you feel disconnected, or want to understand how past experiences influence your present.

Approach

We begin by noticing the moments you feel stuck and gently tracing how thoughts, relational roles and bodily signals interact to shape your choices. In my Berlin practice and online, in English or German, sessions move at your pace—sometimes reflective conversation, sometimes guided somatic work—and I invite practical experiments you can try between meetings. Together we map repeating patterns, test new ways of relating and anchor small changes in day-to-day life. This approach often helps adults and couples facing transitions, anxiety or shifts in relationship dynamics.
