“I support women in getting to know their internal system, making space for more discernment, joy, aliveness, and passion. Through Internal Family Systems, ceremonial practices, and relationship to earth I support women in living life from a place of self trust and rootedness. ”

About me

I’m a licensed Therapist Certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), offering 1:1 sessions, healing circles, and plant medicine preparation & integration. I am passionate about supporting women in living more authentic, soulful, empowered lives. We aren’t meant to hold the ups and downs of life alone. The nurturance, polishing, and unraveling of the soul requires witness. I appreciate creating a space where you can arrive with anything that weighs you down, or troubles you and walk alongside you through the muddle—to the other side.

Approach

Sessions move at a pace you set, blending focused reflection with practical steps so insights turn into small, sustainable changes. I understand what it’s like to feel your identity shifting with age, life events, and trauma. I know the pain of meeting grief and finding nothing makes sense anymore and feeling the longing of a loved one. I know how anxiety can take over the body and stop you from living peacefully and freely. I understand how sadness can make it feel like joy is worlds away. I know what it’s like to move to a new country and start a new life. I resonate with having a creative and sensitive spirit and all that comes with this path. I know what it’s like to cultivate a relationship with plant medicine and want someone to guide you through the process. I know what it’s like to be in the seat as a space holder and navigate the ever evolving nature of this role. I know what it’s like to challenge systems and get reacquainted with ancestors, roots, and lineage. How we work together: I see your struggles and there are tools to support you to move through this with tenderness, curiosity, and support. I didn’t choose my specialty by accident. I’ve seen the mixture of Internal Family Systems, embodied present centered awareness, village mind, challenging the systems we grew up in, tending grief, and getting in rhythm with the living world to support many people I’ve sat with over the years. Together, we will weave together these practices in session so you may find more internal clarity, more safety in expressing your emotions, and relief little by little. We will explore the systems which have impacted your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. We will collaboratively create a set of intentions so there is a clear roadmap for our time together. Intentions allow you to show up to the healing ground with reverence, respect, and focus. Even here, there is spaciousness to always adjust your focus. We sit together at a pace that meets you exactly where you are. Elements that support healing and growth: What I have found is, we must be present and embodied while processing, metabolizing, and integrating. It is more about remembering our worth and belonging and it’s not a path to walk alone. Our healing and well-being not only positively impacts ourself, it impacts the health of our communities and villages, and repairs ancestral wounds. Our connection with the living world is a key factor in well-being. The therapy room is not big enough for what you are holding, we also need relations with our elders, ancestors, and the village/community. Trauma (rough initiation) does not define you, they are moments in time which lacked a loving witness. You have the capacity to be that for all the parts of you, alongside the support of your therapist and others that care. These wounds can be tended and you can come out on the other side with stronger roots, more surety in yourself, an open heart, and more life force moving through you. Our souls are just waiting to express fully and the more we slow down, attune and tend what arises, the more expressed, soft, and ALIVE we become. Next steps: If you feel called to reach out for a consultation you can do so with the contact form below. Share what brings you in briefly, where you are located in the world (I work internationally), and any questions you may have, and we can go from there! I will have some on site retreats coming up, you are welcome to sign up for the newsletter to stay in the loop about these offerings.

Services

I support women in what it means to be a woman in the world today. We take into account the systems and structures around us since we were in the womb until now. We honor our ancestors wisdom, the land, and all our relations. Together I support you to find meaning in your life, purpose, embodied expression. You might even get to know the medicine and gifts you hold within yourself more. I believe we hold medicine and it is a matter of healing, purging, tending and grieving to fully embody these medicines and gifts. We will likely meet grief together at some point or another, whether it's collective or personal. I appreciate supporting women who are in transition in their lives, getting to know themselves again, and meeting themselves in ceremony. I accept self pay and Kaiser Insurance
