About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Romford, England, specialising in abuse, addiction, anxiety, stress and mood disorders. I provide art therapy, counseling, conflict management and personal development to build practical coping skills. I work with adults and young people across Greater London.

Approach

My approach is person centred theory , building trust and feeling safe to be able to explore issues that are effecting your quality of life. I also use solution focused theories and CBT, to gently challenge and focus on setting goals and exploring where you want to be. Different theories are helpful with different individuals, as we are all different and experience life through our own perception. The utmost importance is the therapeutic relationship between client and counsellor, where the client feels understood and heard by the counsellor then trust can develop. This enables the client to be honest in the counselling session and explore underlining issues effecting the clients life. This enables change and for the client to empower self and build self esteem and confidence to change.
