Miss Izabela Bienko

Counselor

My approach is to create a safe and compassionate relational space which cultivates deep understanding, connection and healing.

About Me

I create a safe, compassionate space where you can truly be yourself. My approach helps cultivate deep understanding, fostering connection and healing. We'll explore your experiences together, making sense of feelings and finding new ways forward. This collaborative environment is ideal for anyone ready to gently unpack their challenges. You can build a stronger relationship with yourself and others, moving towards lasting well-being.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move at a steady, gentle rhythm that balances listening with practical steps toward relief. Whether we meet in my Edmonton office or connect by video in English across Alberta and beyond, I blend reflective questioning, brief mindfulness practices and clear psychoeducation so ideas land between sessions. I invite parents, teens and adults to try small experiments and tracking to see what shifts, then we adapt together. This approach tends to help people facing transitions, anxiety or strained relationships.
