Mr Itai Propheta

Clinical Psychologist

I believe in building a safe, trusting relationship, which provides a platform to explore oneself more deeply.

About Me

I am a registered clinical psychologist based in Bryanston, Gauteng, South Africa. I work with adolescents and adults on life transitions, anxiety, and mood disorders. I offer individual therapy for men's issues and personal development.

Approach

From that foundation I attend to how small patterns reveal deeper meanings, guiding exploration with gentle curiosity and respectful restraint. Sessions take place in my Sandton office in English, face-to-face, where we move at a pace that feels manageable and clear. We alternate reflective listening, focused inquiry and brief between-session prompts to test new ways of relating to feelings and decisions. People facing life transitions, grief or men's challenges often find this attentive, exploratory rhythm practical and relieving.
