I offer a warm, collaborative space for individuals and couples. Using a psychodynamic approach, I help you discover what you truly desire out of life and what obstacles may be in the way. Often times these obstacles can be related to early childhood trauma or a painful past experience, dysfunctional family dynamics, or even perfectionism that has become unhelpful. For couples, my EFT-C certification provides a focused way to build deeper emotional connections. This approach is ideal if you're ready to explore your inner world. We can find practical ways to move forward, fostering lasting change.

You’ll notice we pay attention to the stories that repeat in your life, gently naming how old patterns shape current feelings and choices. I work with adults and couples in Porto and online in English, keeping sessions steady and paced to your needs. We reflect together in-session, sometimes try brief between-session experiments and homework and I offer focused feedback that helps you test new emotional responses and make clearer decisions around relationships, mood, work or relocation.
